His Final Mass
On
the altar of the big church of Our Lady of Grace Padre Pio celebrated
High Mass for the Prayer Groups on 22 September 1968, which was to be
his final Mass. At the end, the last scab fell away from the stigmata,
which disappeared as a prelude to his immmanent passing into eternal life.
